It could extend to 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed with us depending on the where it is supposed to deliver. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches you within 15-20 days of purchase.
We avail the services of the most reliable and leading logistic companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s). You can track the order status online post the order is shipped.
In case of non-delivery of any item in your order, you will not be billed for the same, and/or the you will receive the full refund equivalent to the amount of the same item.
Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via email or phone call.
Do not accept the order if the box is tampered or open.
No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.
How to Track Your Order
After the order is dispatched, confirmation email would be sent with order and shipment details. The shipment status can be viewed online from Track Order by entering the order id.
Order Status and its Meaning
- Pending Shipment – Order under process before shipment.
- Shipped – Order is shipped.
- Delivered – Order delivered
- Cancelled – Order/Item is cancelled.
- Returned – Order/Item returned to us.
